Average Home - $65-$80: 3 BR, 2½ BA, eat-in kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, foyer.
Large Home - $80-up: Based on size. I'll gladly quote an estimate for you.

(Initial and irregular cleanings are slightly higher - all rooms do not have to be included.
